Product Architect

Payrate: $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
 
Summary:
Primary Focus: Enterprise live training solution design, scoping, financial modeling, and implementation readiness.
Delivery Models: Instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, blended learning, private group training, and public enrollment programs.
Core Partners: Sales, Product Management, Training Operations, Delivery Management, Customer Success, Content, and Finance.
Business Impact: Improves proposal quality, delivery readiness, operational scalability, and customer confidence in learning solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Solution Design:

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, learning requirements, target audiences, and success measures.
• Design end-to-end learning solutions utilizing ILT, VILT, private group, public enrollment, and blended delivery models.
• Develop scalable delivery architectures that support global and regional training initiatives.
• Recommend optimal delivery strategies based on customer goals, timelines, budgets, geographic requirements, and learner populations.

• Solution Development & Commercial Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive statements of work, implementation plans, delivery assumptions, and solution proposals.
• Create resource plans, instructor strategies, scheduling approaches, and delivery models.
• Build pricing models, cost estimates, margin projections, and financial assumptions.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to support customer presentations, proposal responses, and strategic opportunities.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with operational capabilities, quality standards, and business objectives.

• Delivery Readiness & Resource Planning:

• Define instructor, facilitator, and operational staffing requirements.
• Establish delivery schedules and global deployment strategies for complex learning programs.
• Design operational processes required to support successful implementation.
• Facilitate transition from solution design to delivery execution by working with operations and delivery teams.

• Customer Consulting & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution review meetings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Present recommendations, delivery strategies, implementation plans, and commercial approaches to executive and operational stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations regarding scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.

• Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Training Operations, Delivery Management, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• Partner with curriculum and content teams to ensure learning solutions align with customer requirements.
• Support operational readiness reviews and program launch planning.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Evaluate program outcomes, customer feedback, and operational performance data to improve future solutions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and scale reusable solution components.
• Monitor industry trends in enterprise learning, workforce skilling, AI-enabled learning solutions, certifications, and digital transformation.
• Contribute to best practices, frameworks, templates, and solution playbooks.

 
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, learning services, program management, sales engineering, or training operations.
• Experience designing enterprise learning, workforce skilling, or professional training solutions.
• Strong understanding of ILT, VILT, blended learning, and enterprise delivery models.
• Experience developing customer proposals, statements of work, budgets, pricing models, and implementation plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting global enterprise customers and multinational training deployments.
• Knowledge of training operations, instructor management, resource scheduling, and large-scale program delivery.
• Experience with enterprise certification programs, technology training, and workforce skilling initiatives.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), CRM platforms, virtual training technologies, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with financial modeling, commercial analysis, and cost-of-sales planning.
• Familiarity with AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation learning programs.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $38.00 - $42.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
