Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Requirements:

• No previous manufacturing experience required-paid training provided
• Carpentry, construction, woodworking, pallet building, or assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to safely use hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, and other air-powered tools
• Basic tape measure skills preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks, and lift/move wood products throughout the shift
• Steel-toe work boots required

Job Duties:

• Assemble custom wooden pallets, crates, skids, and shipping containers
• Read production orders and build products according to customer specifications
• Operate nail guns, staple guns, hammers, and other pneumatic tools safely
• Measure materials using a tape measure to ensure accurate assembly
• Build quality products while meeting production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed
• Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned
