Position Summary

Seeking a Product Analyst Contractor to support a co-brand credit card servicing team by documenting requirements for new features and releases. This role works across product, design, data, business, engineering, and architecture teams to identify dependencies, surface risks, and support backlog progress. The ideal candidate brings banking experience and exposure to card products, co-branded cards, or back-end integrations and application programming interfaces.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Product Analyst Contractor will include:

• Write functional and non-functional requirements in JIRA and Confluence.
• Work with design, data, business, engineering, and architecture teams to identify dependencies and support backlog prioritization.
• Gather bi-weekly status updates across pod initiatives and share updates with program stakeholders.
• Identify risks, blockers, and open items and support action plans to address them.
• Support delivery of market-facing and customer-facing product releases in a scaled Agile environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience writing functional and non-functional requirements in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working with banking products.
• Experience supporting card products or co-branded card products.
• Experience working with back-end integrations or application programming interfaces.
• Experience working in a scaled Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City area 5 days per week.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting credit card servicing products.
• Experience supporting market-facing or customer-facing product releases.
• Experience documenting dependencies, risks, and open items across multiple initiatives.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $70-$85 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
