Product Compliance, Nutrition & Labeling Analyst (Contract - Remote U.S.)
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Compliance, Nutrition & Labeling Analyst to support a high-impact team focused on nutrition, labeling, and regulatory compliance for a large portfolio of consumer food products.
In this role, you will support the label development process and partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure all product specifications and labels meet regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
What You'll Do
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
Food labeling and regulatory compliance
Label and artwork review for food products
Strong knowledge of FDA and USDA labeling regulations
Experience with FDA menu labeling requirements
Background in food manufacturing, food compliance, or related industry
Experience working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, project-based environment
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience with Genesis software
