About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Product Compliance Specialist for Polaris in Wyoming, MN. What You'll Do as a Product Compliance Specialist:- Obtain and maintain snowmobile emissions and product certifications for domestic and international markets
- Track and implement new global product regulations and certification requirements
- Coordinate compliance activities with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams
- Conduct compliance reviews within product development and part release processes
- Interface with regulatory agencies and third-party certification organizations
- Maintain and improve compliance systems, processes, and reporting requirements
- Monitor certification-related vehicle and engine tracking and prepare regulatory reports
What You Need to Bring to the Product Compliance Specialist Role:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in product compliance, vehicle certification, or regulatory affairs preferred
- Automotive compliance experience required; powersports compliance experience is a plus
- Project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and learn new regulations and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical documentation systems
- Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Powersports industry knowledge or enthusiast background
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and product development processes #metrocareers
