Product Configuration & Support Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Product Support & Fulfillment Technician to support our Concierge+ solutions. This hands-on position combines logistics, product fulfillment, inventory management, technical configuration, and customer support.

The ideal candidate is organized, technically curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill, pack, prepare, and ship finished products accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory and shipping activities using ERP and automated shipping systems.
• Perform product configuration and basic network setup as required.
• Troubleshoot basic product, connectivity, and configuration issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and product records.
• Read and follow technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fulfillment and product-related issues.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures and participate in ongoing training.
• Operate a forklift and perform material-handling activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, shipping platforms, and inventory management.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic network/product configuration or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required and Verified

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in Electronics, Computer Programming, IT, Networking, or a related field.
• Experience with electronics, computer hardware, networking, or programming.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9000 standards.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment.
