PRODUCT CONTROL ENGINEER 1 (SUPPLY CHAIN)

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $32.59hr - $34.40hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience with material planning, logistics and scheduling.
• Ability to learn and pay attention to details.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with local and oversea teams.
• Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Process oriented thinking.
• Degree with 2 - 3 years of proven track record or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Support manufacturing specifications and Bill-of-Material (BOM) throughout the product life cycle.
• Perform operational roles in direct support of engineering development.
• Manage sample planning, tracking, scheduling, and delivery of early prototype samples to internal and external customers for New Product Implementation (NPI) and sustaining products.
• Collaborate with multiple functional teams such as product engineering and supply chain to resolve materials shortages, backlogs, and potential schedule interruptions.
• Establish sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specifications.
• Oversee master schedules and ensure comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
• Execute small to medium scale process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Work on related projects and assignments as required.
