Position Title: Product Coordinator, Intermediate
Position Overview:
S2Technologies is actively seeking qualified candidates to join our team. We are currently looking for candidates who have training and experience performing as a Product Coordinator, Intermediate. The qualified candidate shall perform the following support Product Manager aboard Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Product Coordinator for will provide programmatic support to the product Teams and Functional Leads.
The Product Coordinator supports the Assistant Product Manager and regularly communicates directly with all Product Teams, Functional Sections, higher headquarters, and more. Individuals must be self-starters and can function autonomously, with little or no direct supervision.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- This position requires a bachelor's degree and 4 years of product management experience or candidates without a degree may qualify with at least 8 years of product or project management experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the Product Manager, Deputy Product Manager, APM, Functional Leads, and external stakeholders as directed and required by preparing slide decks, spreadsheets, and briefing information to various organizations.
- Analyze, compile, and extract data generated by the Product Office/Team members, external stakeholders, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) for use in supporting future briefs, meetings, and projects.
- Assist APMs in developing program documentation (TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies), creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment, and managing integrated product teams.
- Assist APM's to assure execution within the cost, schedule, and performance baselines. Utilize program management tools to assist APM with planning, documenting, executing, and reporting of all program details (e.g., spend plans), for both current year and out-years).
- Provide recommendations with supporting data for decision points, taskers, and briefs in support of the Product Office/Team Leadership.
- Assist with the review and editing of official correspondence and briefings.
- Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other materials to assist in the Government in program decision-making.
- Recommend courses of action in the production and tailoring of government financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation and ensure affordable, supportable, and effective program requirements are specified to meet mission needs.
- Assist in analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded requirements to Product Office Leadership.
- Exercise leadership in an integrated product team across functional areas.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments. Especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, and TEAMS.
- Have a strong working knowledge of maintaining files and information inside of a SharePoint environment to keep them organized, current and archived as required.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to function autonomously, with little or no direct supervision.
- Must have a fundamental understanding of military organizational dynamics.

- Must be a US Citizen and possess a Active DoD Secret clearance
Required Certification(s):
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of Product/Project Management experience. At least 8 years of experience with Product/Project Management experience can be substituted in place of a degree.
