Fuse Technical Group, LLC is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team. The Product Coordinator position is in the Equipment Planning Group with a focus on assisting strategic planners to execute orders while working closely with project managers and sales agents. This position will be a liaison between Sales and Operations – ensuring continuous communication and support through the order process from order placement to fulfillment. Analyze orders for accuracy and availability, covering item shortages with substitutions or securing sub rentals.The position is an in‑office position and requires knowledge of current lighting equipment and audio‑visual equipment.Key AccountabilitiesDaily tasks are product specific for this roleReview orders in rental system for fulfillment of product specific ordersCoordinate with PM's/Sales on specific products for successful fulfillmentReview orders and subrentals to ensure timely returns within your product disciplineReview orders within next 28-40 days to identify equipment shortages or logistical challenges and work with strategic planners for successful fulfillmentReview reserved quotes within product discipline on a weekly basis in your location and communicate with PMs/Sales to confirmCover order shortages by substitution, transfer of Fuse owned equipment, or secure subrentalNegotiate with vendors to establish best pricing for sub rented equipmentCreate and manage POsConsistent communication with operations for successful execution of all orders/transfersWorks with logistics to assure best freight practicesWorks with Inventory management to maintain all useable fields for product groupIncrease proficiency in the inventory management system (Rental Works)Participate in equipment planning meetings, weekly and by locationParticipate in on-call rotationOther projects and tasks as assignedQualificationsAnalyzing Information, Documentation Skills, Computer Skills, Communication SkillsEducation and ExperiencePrevious experience in Audio Visual – rental or project management experience is a mustExceptional written and oral communication skillsExcellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, and organization skills required.Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience required.Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi‑functional and diverse backgrounds.Strategic problem‑solving capabilitiesTechnical SavvyMultitaskVaried HoursOn-call RotationWork LocationIn location work is required for this position in our Las Vegas, NV office.Physical RequirementsRequired to stand, walk, and sit; see, talk, or hear both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
