The Global Services Legal team functions as the integrator between various other parts of the Legal team, coordinating between the multidisciplinary areas of deep expertise across the wider Legal team, to deliver one holistic Legal perspective to the business.
The Global Services Legal team is seeking to appoint a senior manager to act as Products Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Review global software products and provide practical legal risk analyses, mitigation strategies, and enable those products to go to market in a legally compliant and strategic manner.
Work with Business teams and legal SMEs to evaluate the technology and use cases related to new products, including reviewing inbound technology, data supply, regulatory challenges and internal client facing templates in different geographies.
Develop clear communication messages, guidance, templates and trainings regarding the technology/data components of products for go to market teams, development teams and the rest of the Legal organization on how to bring software products to market in a legally compliant and strategic manner.
Help in design and implementation of tools and processes to enhance request management, legal risk assessments and coordination with business and other legal colleagues.
Preserve path to productization by providing guidance to transaction teams on operational and contractual measures to take before deal closure.
