Salary: $135,845- $182,850 /year
Experience Required Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field plus 10 years of experience in operations and supply chain management or related occupation. The 10 years of experience must include 10 years of experience with each of the following: (1) forecasting anticipated demand inventory supply and customer lead times based on sales, demand, and capacity; (2) statistical forecasting models, including theory on constraints and predictive models for data analysis and reporting; (3) collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize schedules; (4) project management principles, including timeline management, constraint analysis, and budgeting for scheduling and managing timelines; (5) production scheduling and inventory management with ERP systems, including SAP; (6) data analysis and tracking in Excel; and (7) building cross-department partnerships.
