As a Product Data Coordinator at Four Hands, you will help maintain the accuracy and seamless flow of product information across the organization.In This RoleMaintain and update detailed product data for all items, ensuring setups are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal and customer standards.Support monthly and quarterly data audits by reviewing item records, identifying discrepancies, and assisting with corrective actions.Validate and enter new and existing item updates in systems including costing, dimensions, bill of materials, and vendor information.Partner with merchandising, product development, and international data teams on internal and customer‑specific programs.Gather and consolidate product information from cross‑functional partners for monthly product launches.Initiate and participate in cross‑functional project teams to improve product data processes and ensure accurate system reflection.Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team.Be open and honestReach for excellenceAct with responsibilityValue the whole personEnjoy the journeyThe Ideal Person2+ years of product data entry or product development coordination experience.Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle large amounts of data.Basic data analysis skills and ability to troubleshoot data‑related issues.Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.Ability to work independently with little supervision and self‑motivation.Works with a sense of urgency and can balance competing priorities.Four Hands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
