Description POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for all HMNA New Machine Order Engineering data and documentation completion. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + On a computer- Build new machine data in order system for Mechanical and Electrical areas + On a computer- Manage data input for Machine changes in our system + On a computer- Create and order data plates for Machine + On a computer- Create USBs using our internal system to support Machine build. + Print and assemble Production Binder for Floor support + Print and assemble Customer Binders for new machine + Print Labels for production machines and assembly + Request Documentation, machine layouts and communicate with Germany + .Support all aspects of New build order Engineering tasks QUALIFICATIONS: + High School diploma, or education in process to achieve + Associates degree + Minimum 2 years in data entry and Office environment SKILLS & ABILITIES: + Ability to apply a critical thought process to tasks + Ability to work independently, self-starter Exceptional organizational skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent customer service and telephone skills. + Ability to multitask + Team player + MS Office Suite + SAP experience preferred + Speak German language is preferred but not required.
