Job Title: Product Delivery Lead

Role Summary

The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for end to end delivery of digital and technology products, ensuring alignment between business objectives, product vision, and execution outcomes. This role bridges Product Management/Ownership, Project Management, and Business Analysis, driving predictable delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe environments while collaborating with cross functional and geographically distributed teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Product & Delivery Leadership

  • Own and drive end to end product delivery from ideation through launch and post release optimization.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to translate product vision, roadmap, and OKRs into executable delivery plans.
  • Balance scope, timeline, cost, and quality while managing delivery risks and dependencies.

Program & Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and track initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models as appropriate.
  • Manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, RAID logs, and governance forums.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with senior stakeholders and sponsors.

Agile & SAFe Execution

  • Lead Agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, ART syncs, and Inspect & Adapt.
  • Ensure teams adhere to Agile and SAFe best practices while maintaining delivery discipline.
  • Support release planning, increment tracking, and value realization.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Drive requirements discovery, refinement, and prioritization in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear documentation of epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable delivery artifacts.

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery across product, engineering, QA, UX, and operations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across business, technology, and leadership teams.
  • Coach and mentor delivery teams to improve predictability, velocity, and quality.

Governance & Metrics

  • Define and track delivery KPIs such as velocity, predictability, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational delivery standards and controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience across Product Management/Ownership, Project Management, and Business Analysis roles.
  • Strong hands on experience delivering products using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi team, multi geography initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and value driven delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • SAFe certification (SA, SPC, RTE) and/or Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM, PMP).
  • Experience in large scale enterprise or digital transformation programs.
  • Background in data driven decision making and outcome based delivery.

Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Salary Range $135000-$155000years
