+ Release & Lifecycle Management: Establish and lead end-to-end software lifecycle standards and management,, shepherding custom-built applications seamlessly from design and prototype into sustained production and enhancement.

+ Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align and drive activities of hybrid developer teams—composed of internal developers, external contractors, and IT partners—to ensure delivery of robust and sustainable solutions

+ Technical Integrity & Risk Mitigation: Conduct ongoing "sniff tests" of software builds to proactively spot architectural gaps, flag deployment risks, manage technical debt, and ensure seamless integration with core systems

+ Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between development teams and supply chain operations leaders to manage performance expectations, communicate application health metrics, and triage enhancement and maintenance needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience building, deploying or maintaining advanced analytics or AI applications

+ Prior experience in Supply Chain operations or the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
