Introduction

We are seeking a talented Apparel Designer to join our team in shaping the future of our Women's & Men's Branded & Signature apparel collections. This role is pivotal in bringing cohesive, performance-driven products to life each season through compelling narrative, material novelty, style & culture, and innovative performance craft.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant work experience in a design environment working with materials, trims, design, and fit
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as CLO and Vizcom
• Outstanding ability to apply foundational design skills, including illustrations across analog and digital platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven success collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Prior work experience in the industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field
• Experience with Miro
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating understanding of insight-driven design and polished execution of performance & style apparel product

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Apparel Design teammates and cross-functional teams to create future sport/culture designs across Basketball
• Conduct in-depth research on fashion, design, basketball, and sport culture
• Translate trend, consumer insight, and brand vision into compelling products
• Upskill ways of working through programs such as Vizcom/Clo or craft through physical prototyping
