Job Title: Apparel Product Designer 3
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salary Range: $45-50
Introduction
We are seeking a talented and experienced Apparel Product Designer 3 to join our team in Beaverton, OR. This role focuses on the design and development of innovative apparel products that align with our design philosophy and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product design role, specifically in apparel.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience in apparel product design.
- Familiarity with sewing, construction, and fabric knowledge.
- Experience in tech pack creation.
- Prior work experience in the sportswear industry is highly preferred.
- Experience with women's wear, specifically in style and streetwear.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Vizcom, CLO.
- Experience with styling is a plus.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create original and innovative apparel designs that inspire targeted consumers.
- Follow the execution of all product details including construction, color, form, style, and fit performance.
- Work collaboratively with design leadership and category team members to ensure feasibility of designs, meeting price points, and product creation timelines.
- Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences.
- Support the team in the fleece program, focusing on novelty fleece designs.
- Collaborate with approximately 10 other apparel designers and 5 others on the product team.
