Job Title: Apparel Product Designer
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salary Range: $65-70
Introduction

We are seeking an exceptional designer to join our team, bringing creativity, craftsmanship, and problem-solving abilities to design industry-defining apparel on fast timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lifestyle and performance attributes, with an eye for detail that ensures only the best product design reaches consumers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of relevant work experience in apparel design
• Ability to think strategically about product relevance, positioning, timing, and collections
• Strong knowledge of fashion, design, and lifestyle trends
• Experience with quick-to-market products and projects with a one-year go-to-market timeline
• Proficient in Adobe CC and comfortable with digital tools/3D design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for each project
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience in mens and womens, street wear, and performance wear
• Collaborative experience with internal and external graphic designers and color designers
• Experience with sustainable design and manufacturing
• Previous client or industry experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Push revolutionary aesthetics in apparel design, partnering closely with cross-functional teams
• Concept and ideate through the lens of the consumer, creating apparel concepts digitally and physically
• Finalize tech packs and collaborate with Merchants, Technical Development, and Design teams
• Work with manufacturing and external partners to ensure continuity and fidelity of vision and story
• Drive innovation and future aesthetics to disrupt the competition
