Product Design and Development - Footwear Color Designer 3

Introduction

We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Footwear Color Designer 3. This role will focus on product design and development, specifically in the realm of footwear color design. You will be part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects with a global brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in color design for footwear.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing color storytelling, moodboards, and context for color choices.
• Knowledge of sneaker culture and consumer trends, with experience using consumer insight data for decision-making.
• Experience with sportswear, lifestyle, or streetwear narratives.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing color product journeys and creating original color stories for seasonal lines.
• Ability to manage communications between cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the JRD Design CMCS and Streetwear Icons teams to develop innovative color designs.
• Work closely with the Global Jordan team to align color stories with brand narratives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions.
