Job Title: Footwear Product Developer
Location: Beaverton, OR
Salary Range: $50-56
Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Footwear Product Developer. This role involves creating innovative footwear for athletes, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring product excellence through effective project management and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Engineering, or a related field. Will accept a suitable combination of education, experience, or training with footwear experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of footwear pattern engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- A minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
- Experience in project management, problem-solving scenarios, and applying solutions.
- Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Footwear development experience, specifically at a leading brand.
- Experience building trust to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Ability to read technical drawings, sketches, and/or 3D digital files.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive product and process excellence within a team environment for assigned projects.
- Convert a project brief and a 2D design rendering into a 3D sample that meets consumer and business needs.
- Engage in all phases of the product process to ensure projects are managed according to critical dates and completed on time.
