Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Line Manager 3. This role involves managing and overseeing the product creation for our basketball consumer, with strategic and creative facets of the work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Line Design with Apparel performance wear products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the basketball industry or culture, with a passion for basketball.
• Strong product management experience.
• Ability to take a project from start to finish, including getting Geo feedback and implementing changes into the design.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Knowledge in performance apparel.
• Self-starter, with the ability to hit the ground running and take initiative in learning processes.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally and communicating across seniority levels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead product and design reviews, connecting with merchandising at key strategy check-ins.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and create compelling visual tools to influence design and merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Basketball Senior Product Director, Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, Sports Marketing, and elite athletes.
