Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and enhance product development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
• 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or Strategy
• Operational experience with product creation
• Proficiency in collaborative tools and processes, with experience in Miro, Smartsheets, AirTable, and/or other project management software tools
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Understanding of product/retail value chain from innovation to consumer
• Proficiency in Client & Client Suites – inclusive of Keynote, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables & Lookups)
• Exceptional facilitation skills, including the ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify issues and opportunities to improve internal processes, establish best practices, and ensure follow-through on the execution of plans
• Help drive key moments in our Client Brand CODE Process, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution
• Create training, procedural, and system documentation and facilitate as needed
