The role demands a proactive approach in managing Engineering Change Orders and resolving any associated challenges. Active participation in cross-functional discussions, alongside regular interaction with the production floor for on-site inspections, is crucial. A solid grasp of standards such as UL, NEC, and NFPA is essential, as is an eagerness to delve into continual product improvements designed to prevent recurring issues.
