Description
Conax Technologies designs and manufactures precision-engineered sensors and assemblies for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications. We are seeking a Product Design Engineer Intern to support new and existing product development from concept through production.
Responsibilities
Create and update 3D CAD models and 2D drawings
Support design reviews, prototyping, and testing
Assist with design for manufacturability (DFM) and documentation
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams
Qualifications
Qualifications
Senior undergraduate or graduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field
Strong CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)
Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawings
Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
Prior internship or advanced design project experience
Successful Candidate must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data.
