About the Role

We're partnering with an innovative organisation that is investing heavily in AI-driven products, automation, and next-generation digital experiences.

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to help shape complex web-based platforms and AI-enabled solutions used by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and business leaders, you'll help define product strategy, design intuitive workflows, and create user experiences that simplify complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery.
• Design user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to influence product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design workflows and product development processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Use research, analytics, and user feedback to drive design decisions.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and best-practice design principles across products.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex web-based products from concept through launch.
• Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, data-intensive applications, or workflow-based products.
• Advanced Figma skills including components, variants, auto-layouts, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating in agile product development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on AI-powered products, automation tools, or emerging technologies.
• Exposure to financial services, fintech, enterprise software, analytics platforms, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
• Experience designing complex workflows and data-rich applications.
