Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

• Design and innovate smarter leveraging AI tools to accelerate design workflows, scale creativity, and optimize designs for conversion.

• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

• Develop deep domain knowledge of your squads product area and team up with your product manager to develop products that add value to our customers while solving their jobs to be done.

• Understanding the problem space through user research, synthesizing insights, running ideation sessions/workshops to minimize assumptions in your design process, and designing a delightful user experience.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customers to align design with user goals.

• Use behavioral and data analytics tools and metrics to continuously improve the user experience.

• Drive cooperation within the design team & contribute to fostering collaboration with other departments.

• Keep track of recent design and user experience trends as well as of competitor products

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system.

What you will need to have:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS environment

• AI-enabled design fluency: Proficient in leveraging AI-powered design tools and automation platforms to enhance speed, creativity, and scalability in execution.

• Strong skills in user research, ideation, and user experience design

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to balance creative design with practical constraints and deadlines

• Experience with current design tools and data analytics tools (Figma, Looker, Clarity)

• Experienced in building design systems and working within existing design system standards.

• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills

• Fluent or Native Arabic Speaker

Nice to haves:

• Basic knowledge of web-based technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
