Title: Product Designer

Duration: 4-6 Month  Contract with Potential Extensions
Compensation: $50 - $56.76/HR

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Designer to help define the UI/UX for an internal AI chat-based knowledge retrieval tool. The tool will be used by business and operations teams to quickly find supporting information related to customer conversions and business integrations

• Focus: Product/UI design and wireframing

What They'll Be Doing

• Create initial wireframes and UI concepts for the AI-powered tool.
• Take existing AI-generated design concepts and refine them into a more polished, user-friendly experience.
• Work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and business/operations users.
• Help define how users interact with the AI chat experience and retrieve knowledge/information.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive workflows and interfaces.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Designer / UX Designer background.
• Experience designing web-based enterprise applications or internal tools.
• Strong wireframing and UI/UX skills.
