What You'd Do in This Role:

As a Product Designer II, you'll design intuitive digital experiences across desktop and mobile that help Ramsey fans confidently connect with trusted real estate professionals during one of life's biggest financial decisions. Working as part of a cross-functional product trio, you'll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand customer needs, lead product discovery, and transform insights into experiences that create meaningful value for both customers and the business.

You''ll own the product design process from discovery through launch and continuous improvement-conducting user research, mapping customer journeys, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, validating ideas through usability testing, and refining experiences using customer feedback and product data. Through strong product thinking and design thinking, you''ll simplify complex customer problems into experiences that feel clear, trustworthy, and effortless to use.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving meaningful customer problems, influencing product direction, collaborating across disciplines, and delivering measurable outcomes through exceptional product design.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You have 5+ years of product design experience designing consumer-facing digital products across desktop and mobile.
• You've owned products or significant features from discovery and ideation through launch, measurement, and continuous iteration.
• You're highly proficient in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, components, and design systems.
• You have experience conducting user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into product decisions.
• You apply design thinking to solve complex customer and business problems through intuitive user experiences and interaction design.
• You partner effectively with Product Managers and Engineers to influence product direction and balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
• You're comfortable exploring multiple concepts, validating ideas with customers, incorporating feedback, and iterating quickly based on research and product analytics.
• Your portfolio demonstrates strong product thinking, end-to-end problem solving, and measurable customer and business impact-not just polished visual design.

• Bringing curiosity, humility, continuous learning, and a customer-first mindset to every stage of the product development process.
