Job Summary:
This role focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an Experience Design team through strategic program management and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that boost team health, streamline design processes, and foster better alignment with business objectives. They should be adept at both managing existing programs and identifying opportunities for process innovation using design thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive programs to improve design team success and output.
• Lead and facilitate design sprints for product and service development.
• Implement innovative work practices to enhance DesignOps effectiveness.
• Improve DesignOps scalability by documenting and sharing best practices.
• Manage program goals, strategy, and execution with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience leading design sprints.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• Proven program/project management expertise.

Industry Experience:
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in software development environments, with a preference for experience supporting design teams within product development and manufacturing solutions organization.
