Product Designer

Job TItle: Product Designer

Role:
Seeking a Product Designer with strong UX, interaction, visual/UI design, prototyping, and design-system experience to create intuitive digital/enterprise products. Must be comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Designers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user needs, insights, and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create polished, accessible interfaces with strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and interaction design.
• Design AI-powered/AI-assisted experiences and use AI tools for ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design efficiency.
• Use and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and patterns.
• Conduct/apply usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Present designs, explain design decisions, and collaborate with engineers on design specifications and implementation.
• Work effectively in Agile, cross-functional product teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of professional digital product/enterprise application design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating Product Design, UX, Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design.
• Strong experience with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience with user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience with design systems and reusable components.
• Experience designing AI-enabled/AI-assisted experiences and using AI design tools.
• Experience with usability testing.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
