This designer will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver innovative retail and brand experiences, ensuring creative intent, timelines, and budgets are met. We seek a passionate, agile thinker who thrives on pushing boundaries and crafting immersive consumer experiences.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 8+ years in architectural, experiential, or brand design ( retail industry experience is must).
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong leadership in managing multiple projects and guiding design teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- International experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and spatial storytelling.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine design components for immersive retail spaces, aligning with global creative vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on-brand, on-budget design solutions.
- Present concepts via 3D models, 2D drawings, and compelling visual presentations.
- Elevate retail storytelling through color, materiality, and spatial design strategies.
- Partner with senior leadership to align design execution with brand and business objectives.
