Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead product design projects from problem definition through implementation
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, cross-domain designer peers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solve complex problems
• Quickly build domain expertise and understand cross-functional and cross-product dependencies
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and implementation specifications for web products
• Conduct and lead user research to support product discovery and usability
• Partner with engineering to ensure quality, consistency, and effective use of design systems
• Use agentic AI tools, including Cursor and Claude, thoughtfully to support research, exploration, design, and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of product design experience, preferably with B2B or SaaS products
• Portfolio with 4 case studies demonstrating end-to-end product design
• Strong skills in UX, interaction, visual, and product design
• Ability to quickly acquire domain expertise and account for downstream impacts across the end-to-end user experience
• Systems-thinking mindset and experience navigating cross-product dependencies
• Experience conducting and leading user research, discovery, and usability testing
• Experience with design systems and collaboration with engineering and other designers
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and incorporate feedback
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Cursor, Claude, prototyping platforms, and remote user testing tools
