• 5+years'experienceinsoftwaredevelopment,withdemonstratedsuccessdeliveringmodernwebapplicationsandenterprise-scalesolutions.
• StrongexperiencewithReact(orasimilarmodernUIframework),Python,Djangoorcomparableframeworks/ORMs,SQL,APIs,andfull-stackwebdevelopment.
• Deepunderstandingofsoftwarearchitecture,testingmethodologies,debuggingtechniques,applicationsecurity,andperformanceoptimization.
• Experiencedesigning,building,andsupportingintegrations,RESTfulAPIs,anddata-drivenapplications.
• Stronganalytical,problem-solving,communication,andcollaborationskills,withtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyacrosstechnicalandbusinessteams.
• BachelorofSciencedegreeinComputerScience,SoftwareEngineering,arelatedfield,orequivalentprofessionalexperience.

• ExperiencewithAI-powereddevelopmenttoolssuchasGitHubCopilot,Codex,Claude,orsimilartechnologies.
• Provenabilitytomentorteammembers,influencetechnicaldirection,anddriveimprovementstocodingstandards,tools,anddevelopmentprocesses.
• Experiencerapidlylearningnewtechnologies,platforms,andbusinessdomainswhiledeliveringimpactfulsolutions.
