The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and enjoys working with data and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency. They thrive in a collaborative, creative environment and appreciate supporting product development through strong operational execution rather than hands-on design work.

Responsibilities:

    • Reconcile and maintain accurate product data across PLM and ERP systems
    • Coordinate with Design, Production and factories to support sample development and production process. 
    • Create, maintain, and update seasonal product data, ensure product specifications are accurate and complete
    • Record and update design modifications and product development changes. 
    • Communicate product information and updates to vendors and overseas partners to support seamless execution
    • Distribute materials and product updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
    • Assist with day-to-day administrative and seasonal product development activities. 
    • Support style adds, drops, and revisions while ensuring clean and accurate hand-offs to Production

Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Excellent follow-up and time management skills. 
    • Apparel industry experience required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • PLM experience (Centric preferred)
    • ERP Experience (Exenta preferred)
    • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel

The annual salary range for this full-time position is between $65,000 - $80,000.
