Support footwear product development projects from concept through commercialization.
Convert product briefs and design concepts into commercially viable footwear products.
Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, Materials, Testing, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate communication with global partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure products meet design intent, performance objectives, quality standards, costing targets, and commercialization requirements.
Participate in product reviews, prototype evaluations, and development meetings.
Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance product excellence.
Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve development challenges.
Maintain project documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools.
3 4+ years of experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Footwear development experience (highly preferred).
Understanding of footwear manufacturing, tooling, pattern engineering, and commercialization processes.
Experience working with footwear materials, testing methods, and product creation processes.
Prior experience with a global athletic footwear or consumer products organization.
Passion for or background in Soccer/Football.
Experience collaborating with overseas manufacturing partners.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Development, or a related field (preferred but not required).
