Lead and execute projects using a structured stage-gate methodology to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery. Partner with commercial teams and customers to support the implementation of new products and processes, and to resolve technical challenges. Define and establish process and product parameters, including operational settings, performance properties, and specifications. Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, capacity, and quality through process optimization and innovation.
