In this position, you will be a key member of the Electronics Gases research and development team at the Linde Technology Center LTC in Tonawanda, NY. You will design and build R&D systems for development of new materials purification technologies, delivery systems, and packaging solutions for their use in the Electronics specialty gases (ESGs) and advanced materials market.
New Product Development - You will work with project technical leads to execute tasks supporting the commercialization of new specialty gases for the Linde Electronics business.
Efficiency Optimization - Identify opportunities to improve the performance of existing R&D systems and processes. Develop and implement protocols to measure, analyze, enhance, and control system performance.
Technical Expertise - You will develop into an internal expert in the design and fabrication of research systems for synthesis, purification, analysis, and application testing of ESGs.
Collaborative Innovation - Actively participate in internal technical collaborations to identify opportunities for new products and/or process development programs.
