Job Title: Product Development Engineer
Job Description
Contribute significantly to the design, development, and validation of connector solutions, including board to board, cable, power, high speed, and panel mount products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as purchasing, quality, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, process engineering, electroplating, suppliers, and product management. Hands-on problem-solving during product development and addressing quality concerns are key responsibilities.

Work Environment
The role is based in a highly automated manufacturing environment with flexible working hours (8-5, 7-4, etc.). The position requires lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to sit for extended periods. The company offers a dynamic and stable work environment with opportunities for growth. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
