Other duties may be assigned. Engineer for silicone rubber hose product development preferred; other rubber product development will quality. Position responsible for rubber product/process development, working with OE Customers, manufacturing and quality. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of rubber hose or rubber products development. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing skills a plus. Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Language Skills Must be fluent in English. Spanish a plus. Computer Skills Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Autocad. Solidworks & Pro E, a plus. Prior working knowledge with MRP systems very helpful.
