We are looking for a hands -on engineer to bridge the gap between R&D and commercial reality. <\/span>
<\/div>

<\/span><\/div>
  • R&D Strategy & Experimentation:<\/b> Lead the design and execution of structured lab experiments aligned with business goals, interpreting data to reach technical conclusions and identify future research opportunities.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Commercial & Customer Support:<\/b> Partner with commercial teams to drive customer development through technical presentations, product recommendations, and hands -on troubleshooting.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Scale -Up & Production Integration:<\/b> Drive the transition of new formulations from the lab to full -scale commercial production, collaborating cross -functionally with operations and quality teams.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Trials & Application Development:<\/b> Manage and support customer and plant trials to ensure successful product adoption and long -term performance in the field.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Continuous Innovation:<\/b> Proactively identify opportunities for product innovation, cost optimization, and performance improvements across all existing product lines.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge Management & Compliance:<\/b> Maintain high standards for data -driven reporting and internal knowledge transfer while ensuring all development work meets safety, regulatory, and quality protocols.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    BS degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science preferred.
    <\/div>
    0 -5 years of experience in polymer compounding, masterbatch development, or related field
    <\/div>
    (will consider a recent college grad with R&D and Plant Floor experience)
    <\/div>
    Demonstrated experience taking formulations from development through commercial production 
    <\/div>
    Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office software
    <\/div>

    <\/span><\/div>
    Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>
