  • R&D Strategy & Experimentation: Lead the design and execution of structured lab experiments aligned with business goals, interpreting data to reach technical conclusions and identify future research opportunities.
  • Commercial & Customer Support: Partner with commercial teams to drive customer development through technical presentations, product recommendations, and hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Scale-Up & Production Integration: Drive the transition of new formulations from the lab to full-scale commercial production, collaborating cross-functionally with operations and quality teams.
  • Trials & Application Development: Manage and support customer and plant trials to ensure successful product adoption and long-term performance in the field.
  • Continuous Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for product innovation, cost optimization, and performance improvements across all existing product lines.
  • Knowledge Management & Compliance: Maintain high standards for data-driven reporting and internal knowledge transfer while ensuring all development work meets safety, regulatory, and quality protocols.
