Title: Product Development Manager (SunPass Program Lead)
Location: 7941 Glades Rd. Boca Raton, FL 33434 - ON-SITE POSITION


Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of SunPass products, solutions, and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and the SunPass Operations roadmap. The role involves product development oversight, operational governance, reporting management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Delivery
  • Manage research and development activities related to SunPass products and solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements and deployment schedules.
  • Lead testing and evaluation of innovative technologies.
  • Ensure product specifications align with business objectives.
  • Oversee product delivery schedules and development activities.
Operational Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain centralized inventory of SunPass products, applications, and solutions.
  • Track operational initiatives and reporting standards.
  • Identify lifecycle improvements and replacement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams for dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented and maintained.
Strategic Support & Emergency Response
  • Support operational decision-making and implementation initiatives.
  • Participate in emergency response efforts to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems
    • Business Administration
    • Operations Management
    • Project Management
    • Or related field / equivalent experience
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in:
    • Product Engineering
    • Technology Integration
