Product Development Specialist FX

Overview

This position is responsible for supporting product management activities for specific products or features within a product line. Will contribute to product strategy and execution of product development initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

Product feature development - Support the creation and refinement of product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and product roadmap.

Market research and analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.

Cross-functional coordination - Collaborate with various teams including engineering, design, and marketing to facilitate product development and launch.

Product documentation - Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.

Customer feedback management - Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Product performance monitoring - Assist in tracking and reporting on key product metrics and performance indicators.

Bachelor''s Degree and 1 years of experience in Markets Products & Trading Instruments, Cross Border solutions and risk management: FX, Cross Border Trade Settlements, Core Banking Processing, Currency (non-USD) liquidity management and processing OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Markets Products & Trading Instruments, Cross Border solutions and risk management: FX, Cross Border Trade Settlements, Core Banking Processing, Currency (non-USD) liquidity management and processing.

Preferred Area of Experience:

• Demonstrated interest in product development, new business development, and FX industry trends.
• Passion for driving toward an exceptional client experience (internal and external)
• Exceptional data analysis skills and ability to take a data driven approach to identifying and prioritizing needs and delivering change and product development delivery into data orientated platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Creative, strategic thinker with deep intellectual curiosity
• Ability to execute with an entrepreneurial spirit.

The base pay for this position is generally between $94,200.00 and $125,600.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
