Compensation: $75-90k, + equity stake

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can elevate our digital presence across web, social, SEO/AEO, email, and emerging AI‑driven workflows.In this role, you'll manage core digital channels, execute content across formats, optimize our website, and bring a test‑and‑learn mindset to everything you do. What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize SEO/AEO across all content and site updates
• Own organic social channels and support light paid social
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve channel effectiveness
• Write and publish blogs, social posts, newsletters, and other content
• Partner with internal teams to source and activate content across channels
• Maintain and enhance the website; run A/B tests to improve conversion
• Support and expand video content strategy
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and uncover insights

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or related roles
• Strong writing skills across formats (social, blog, email, web)
• Hands‑on experience with SEO and/or AEO
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Comfort with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• A scientific, experimental mindset-test, measure, iterate
• Low‑ego, collaborative, hungry to learn, and adaptable
• Curiosity about new tools, especially AI‑driven workflows
