Location: Remote US

Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 base

Our client is a fast-growing, profitable company transforming property inspections through technology, data, and human expertise. They serve insurance carriers, mortgage lenders, real estate investors, and valuation firms with verified property condition data, operating at national scale through a large field inspector network and a proven inspection technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vertical Leadership

• Establish strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the residential real estate vertical
• Convert client needs into scalable product requirements and workflows
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Data
• Partner with horizontal product managers on shared platform capabilities

Growth & Validation

• Identify and validate new market opportunities through customer discovery
• Own technology partnerships, integrations, and data exchange standards
• Lead analytics and insight products built on proprietary property data

Product Development & Execution

• Own roadmap for client applications, internal workflows, inspector tools, and data products
• Manage feature rollouts, UAT, training, and post-launch measurement
• Drive adoption tracking and business impact analysis
• Ship a 12-month product roadmap aimed at improving customer decision speed and expanding wallet share among top accounts
• Launch new data products (e.g., predictive scoring, catastrophe/surge analytics) targeting significant incremental revenue
• Re-architect capture, QA, and delivery workflows with Engineering to meaningfully cut inspection-to-insight cycle time
• Build a voice-of-customer loop that converts enterprise requests into prioritized backlog items quickly

Field Operations

• Own scheduling, dispatch, and job-tracking platform
• Manage appointment booking, job matching, and capacity optimization
• Define field inspector network requirements for coverage and service levels

Team Leadership

• Build and mentor a 4–6 person PM team delivering on-time, on-scope releases

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management within B2B data, insurtech, real estate tech, proptech, or field services, including at least one product taken from concept to significant scale ($10M+ in value)
• Proven ability building products in early-stage, ambiguous environments
• Track record turning field-collected data into priced, adopted SaaS or API products
• Proven ability translating insurance, claims, or real estate workflows into simple, high-value user experiences
• Cross-functional leadership across competing priorities
• Enterprise client-facing experience and market development skills
• Hands-on experience owning dispatch, scheduling, or routing/optimization products
• Data product fluency and strong analytics comprehension
• Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing PMs
• Excellent written communication and execution orientation
