Role
As the Product Director for Wealth & Retirement, you will serve as a leader within the product organization, reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and translating the CPO's product vision into executable strategy and hands-on, day-to-day product execution. This role owns the product roadmap and delivery cadence, defines product success metrics, and ensures the IRALOGIX retirement & wealth products & services continue to lead the retirement services market. The ideal candidate brings deep retirement expertise and a genuine curiosity for what's next: a builder's instinct to identify opportunities before the market demands them, and the industry credibility to rally engineering, stakeholders, and executive leadership around a compelling vision. This role is the connective tissue between bold product strategy and real-world market outcomes.
