We’re seeking Sales Associates / Product Educators who are passionate about helping families find the right products for their growing families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys educating soon-to-be parents, building meaningful customer relationships, and creating a welcoming in-store experience.


Learning our products and delivering outstanding customer service are key to success in this role.

Position Details


  • Role: Sales Associate / Product Educator
  • Pay: $20-$23 per hour
  • Schedule: Full time & Part Time
  • Openings: 2 positions available 

Required Availability


Candidates must be available to work:
 Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM



Key Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist customers by identifying their needs and guiding them throughout the store
  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and in-store demonstrations
  • Educate customers on baby gear and essentials for soon-to-be caregivers/parents and growing families
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving, pricing, and restocking merchandise
  • Contribute to our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Remain self-motivated and productive during slower periods

Skills & Qualifications


  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Baby gear knowledge is a plus, but not required (training is provided) 
  • Friendly, personable, and energetic with strong communication skills
  • Passion for learning new products and educating customers
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a retail environment
  • Self-motivated with strong self-awareness and initiative
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Must be willing and able to lift 25–35 lbs occasionally

Education


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
