Current areas include:Expert sourcing and vetting: AI pipelines for finding and qualifying top expertsAI voice interviewer: autonomous interviews that extract and deliver insightClient-facing platform: client portal UI and underlying AI-powered systemsAgent infrastructure: autonomous agents and pipelines powering the platformSynthesis products: transforming transcripts into actionable intelligenceNew surfaces: building tools from zero as we expandRegardless of what you own, you'll:Build close relationships with users to uncover what really mattersClearly document and define the right things to build, then execute rapidlyShip working solutions and iterate fastDay to DayEngage with clients and users to understand pain points and needsTurn insights into clear requirements and product specsBuild features, workflows, and agents using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)Collaborate with senior engineers and CTO through design/code reviewsTest and debug AI agents and understand/fix failure modesKeep the team updated with clear, transparent communicationAbout YouHeavy user of AI productivity tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, etc.Technically comfortable: you can read code, write scripts, debug problems using AIQuick to pick up new domains, stacks, and codebasesClear, concise communicator—especially in written form1–3 years of experience in product, software, consulting, or early-stage companiesNice to have: experience with LLM APIs, consulting/research workflows, and familiarity with React, Node, or Python.Where This GoesWe're building infrastructure for a market in its infancy.
