Their innovative approach is transforming how businesses manage their human resources and payroll processes.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, NodeJS, and React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning features powered by OpenAI.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across platforms.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Engage in continuous learning and application of new technologies to enhance product offerings.
Ideal Candidate Background
3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Proficient in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React frameworks.
Experience integrating machine learning models into production applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with API development and integration.
Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $80K, with additional equity grants offered. The company also provides support for relocation and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates within the European Union.
