Product Engineer
Job Description:
Summary
Our client is looking for a Product Engineer to rapidly ideate, design, build, and deploy internal tools that close the gap between user needs and Engineering's roadmap. Combining product sense with hands-on, AI-assisted development, you will work directly with the Services Localization team, their Client internal partners, and their vendors to identify high-impact pain points and deliver secure, compliant, reliable, and maintainable solutions. This is a hybrid Product Manager and Developer role: you will own discovery, build the solution, refine it with users, and deploy it through approved channels. You will operate as a fast-moving "innovation lane" that complements Engineering, prototyping solutions across the full suite of Localization tools and feeding validated, long-term ideas back into the core roadmap. This position offers the opportunity to shape how our team addresses user needs and to push the boundaries of what AI-assisted rapid prototyping can deliver responsibly.

" Proven experience building and shipping software solutions (preferably internal tools or enterprise software), owning the lifecycle from discovery through deployment and maintenance.
" Strong product sense to conduct user discovery, validate problems, scope solutions, and prioritize based on business impact.

" Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development, using it to prototype and deliver production-quality tools quickly and responsibly.

Description
As a Product Engineer, you will develop and maintain AI-assisted tools for the Services Localization team and their partners. This includes engaging with users to uncover unmet needs and understand their context; rapidly designing and building solutions within Client's approved tooling, infrastructure, design language, and security standards; iterating with users in short, fast cycles to validate usefulness before scaling; and deploying solutions through approved channels with the right InfoSec reviews, ownership, and documentation in place. You will monitor, update, and responsibly retire tools so the portfolio stays healthy, and leverage usage analytics to quantify value and inform keep/improve/retire decisions. Where applicable, you will build MCPs (Model Context Protocol) that let LLMs interact with the tools, including performing actions and querying data in natural language. You will also collaborate with Product Managers and their Engineering partners to define the criteria and handoff process for promoting proven, high-usage prototypes into the core tool suite roadmap.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
